Cleartrip — Clear Refund Issue | |
I had booked a flight ticket with cleartrip from Abu Dhabi to Sydney on 18 September 2020 to fly on 6th of November. After a week I cancelled my ticket from cleartrip website and they told me that the ticket will be refunded in 60 days (by 22 November 2020). I have been following up with them since then but they are not responding and initiating the refund request to Etihad. Its been 3 months now and I am still waiting for refund. I have contacted them via phone call, web complaints, twitter and each time they tell me that they will resolve this in 48 hours. Please help me to get my refund. I have contacted the airline (Etihad Airways) as well and they are saying that they did not receive any refund request from cleartrip. Clearly cleartrip is not interested in refunding my ticket money. These are hard times due to covid and I really need the money to survive. I would really appreciate your help in this regard.
