[Resolved]  Cleartrip — Cleartrip Amount not refunded for failed transaction

I made payment a ticket on 30/01/2022 with trip id[protected]
and Cleartrip claims that the UPI transaction did not complete, but my account was debited. Even as of today i.e. 8th Feb'22, I have not received the refund.

The booking shows this message - Your booking was not completed as we've received a failed status from the payment gateway. If your account was charged, it should be refunded to the same within 3-12 working days.

I checked with my bank(ICICI), they said that the beneficiary account has been successfully credited so there is nothing they can do from their end,

These are the details I received from ICICI regarding the amount credited to cleartrip.

Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 4711 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary CLEARTRIP PRIVATE LIMITED account XXXXXXXXX0007 on 30/01/2022 19:55:47 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

Kindly assist with refund.

There is no evidence of the order, which, according the Author, was made on 30/1/2022

There are no evidence of ICICI Bank.

There are no evidence of the account user in the possible ICICI Bank.

The author can
check the contracts, which had been signed between the "ICICI Bank"
and the Author,
to submit the complaint to "ICICI Bank", if the contract exist, or
to RBI, if "ICICI Bank" did not issue the contract to the Author,
refused to refund the defined amount in rupees without the reason within maximum of 10 days,
to the Author (account),
in case Author has requested the refund from the sender of the stated message
within minimum 12 months following the date of the financial transaction.

India has variety of the authorities for the complaining of,
comparatively, small amounts.
The Customers Court of the state of the residing city of the Author is the most cheapest solution.
The Customers Court has its simple rules, which are understood by any legal professional and by the Indian customer, who reads and writes in English / in Hindi from the time of his/her college.
The time of the procedure lasts about one year, that is significantly lenghty, for the Customers Court of India.
I made a payment of 6834/- on 18th feb 2022 for my Mumbai manglore booking but cleartrip says the transaction is failed however the amount was debited from my bank .
I cleartrip message says - the transaction is unsuccessful but if the money is debited from your account then u will receive it within 3-12 days .
My UPI ref Ino is[protected] .
