We booked Air India flights for Port Blair (round trip) for 26th to 31st Jan through Cleartrip as per the below Trip IDs:

Due to the covid-19 outbreak, we converted our existing ticket to open ticket via Cleartrip on 21st Jan 2022, which was confirmed by an Email Rohan from Cleartrip helped with processing.
We contacted Cleartrip CC to use open tickets, after multiple follow-ups we got response that CT can't help with booking of open tickets.
We contacted Air India directly and came to know that our open ticket was not remarked as "open for use" by Cleartrip and it was flagged as no show.
According to Air India, our ticket was encashed by Cleartrip and the airline is not authorized to reschedule the encashed tickets.
Now it seems like a complete mess and we are blocked.
We have talked with Rohan, Siddharth, Harsh Sachdeva, Anisha ( TL) from the Cleartrip CC.
& Now whenever we call Cleartrip CC they put us on hold or just say they will call back in 2-3 hrs but we get no return call.
Please try to help us asap.
