Cleartrip — cleartrip online payment failed but amount was charged anyway!

On[protected] i attempted to make an online payment for a flight booking at of rs. 11, 208/- two times so total amount was rs.22, 416/- (Trip id [protected]) air india express. However the internet connection was interrupted and the transaction status was showing as failed.
Shortly afterwards i called a cleartrip agent asking me to repeat the payment by using trip id. And he said transaction got failed and it will credit back in 3 working days but even after a week it not credited yet. Next day in my mobile app there's no trip id or failed booking details and so i can't call the clear trip customer care anymore, i already book complaint in sbi bank but they asking me to rise a complaint in clear trip also and i can't book a complaint without trip id. Please sort this out.

We tried booking return ticket on 23rd February 2019 for Mumbai-Delhi & Delhi-Mumbai. Amount 16, 542/- was deducted for the transaction but no confirmation received from your end till date. aZopWould request you to kindly pay back the amount as soon as possible.
