Cleartrip — Cleartrip Payment was debited from the acc without confirm booking. - Trip ID-[protected]

I had tried to book a hotel room on 4th Jan 2017, the booking was not successfully confirmed but the amount which was ₹529 was debited from my account.

After I got message from your side that the amount will be refund to my account with in 24 hours but still it is not refunded to my account.

Here is the screenshot of the not confirming page I am attaching below.

Therefore please do needful action to refund the amount to my debit card.
