Cleartrip — ClearTrip portal does not display at the time of selecting and booking a flight if its a "hand baggage only fare" | |||||
ClearTrip site nowhere indicates if you're booking a hand baggage only flight. You only find out after you pay & get the e-ticket.Even after informing this to customer care & them confirming this is a technical error (after denying for the longest time initially), no action has been taken for the last 2 weeks, since I reported this issue. Please note the 'technical error' also has still not been rectified on the website either let alone ClearTrip reverting to me with a solution. I refuse to travel on a 'hand baggage only fare' and pay extra to check in my luggage because of technical error on the portal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
