[Resolved] Cleartrip — cleartrip train booking... money deducted.. but no confirmation email trip id | |||
Sir we booked train from madurai to okha we have the booked and been transacted to cleartrip.. After money we received a page to fill user id and password but we type password but it receive wrong credentials... After we made phone call to cleartrip they said after 1 hour u will receive message. But still we has not receive any message... Now we trying to contact but they asking trip id.. We had not receive any trip id how we get id and what about our money...in clear trip my user id name pavithra Was this information helpful? | |||

I even have mails from cleartrip that they will close the refund by 8th aug, hwever, no action and we are still chassing them with no output.
