I had booked flight ticket from cochin to abudhabi (Travelling date 22-feb) on 18-jan-2017, but payment on was failed, but payment is deducted from my account. Then i called the customer care and talk to mr rohan degarding the same and he talked me since payment is failed i need to book the ticket again and payment will refund to my account within 3 days. Then i booked the ticket again. It was successful and i got confirmed ticket. Later i got 1 more confirmed ticket. Now i have 2 confirmed ticket with trip id [protected] and [protected].
I called the customer care regarding this issue and iam not getting any feedback everybody is asking for to wait 24 hrs and after that no response. I spoke to rita, nancy, prarthana, vijay, dinesh.
