Cleartrip.com — amount deducted but flight not booked

I have booked a flight on 10 may 2019.amount of 3734 rs was deducted from my account but i didn't recieve any confirmation and when i was trying to complain they asked for trip id .i don't have any trip id and i am so much disapointed with your service and there is no means of direct mail and calling .trip id is required everywhere so i am not even able to connect to customer care service it's been 3 days, i am facing problem regarding this issue please refund my amount to my account as soon as possible. And if you require any more details related to bank and other things please mail me i will let you know
