Reservation under Trip ID :[protected] dtd 14.07.2016 for Club Platinum Resorts, Bahadurgarh
Issue raised to cleartrip vide Case ID 00914637 but justice not provided
I had booked a room in Club Platinum Resort on 14th July 2016 For 14/08/2016 for Rs . When I tried to confirm from resort they replied that we don't have any arrangement with cleartrip in respect of bookings. Instead of repeated inquiries with cleartrip I got confirmation that your room is confirmed.But when we reached there they offered us Fun Town Resort in place of club platinum & that too without any option for room choice & cancellation. They refuse to cancel it. We had no option that time other
than to stay there.
The room they offered was cheaper than the room we booked. Also we had to face the difficulty. How it can be done. I want My 100% money back as compensation otherwise I had to resort to other means to teach
cleartrip so that it is not happened with other customers. If they don't have tie up in that resort why they are taking booking for them. Was this information helpful? |
