Trip ID: [protected] Booked a flight DXB-MNL SQ495 MNL-DXB SQ919 1, 894.48AED I ask cleartrip if I can get a refund if ever I would cancel it. They told me YES but it depends on the airline policy. I called the Singapore Airlines and ask the same question, they told me I can get the unused taxes of 1, 295aed. I have this document in email conversation. Now I ask cleartrip to cancel my flight and ask for a refund (Date: Nov 18, 2015). I waited patiently till I got my refund details Dec 9, 2015 but to my surprise it is only 55dhs. Who in the right mind will cancel a flight worth 1, 894.48 aed knowing you'll get 55dhs? I ask again the cleartrip to fix my dispute. They are pointing fingers to Singapore Airline although I have called several times the airline and they are saying that Cleartrip has to do some explanation and why they did not refund the unused tax and fees. Cleartrip has not given me any help but headaches. Customer support is very poor, everytime I call I need to tell them the whole story. No one is handling my case seriously. I need help.I 'am not asking for 100% refund i only wanted what is due.
