Cleartrip — Complaint Regarding Refund

Dear sir/mam,
I have been facing the worst experience for the last 20 days with Cleartrip Pvt. Ltd.
My trip ID is[protected] . Last 20 days I called nearly 10 times to you and I am trying to get my refund amount which Cleartrip has already got from the Indigo Airlines as a fare difference. But still I didn't get any refund. Waiting for 20 days to get this refund is too much time.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

The request for refund, which shall have necessarily particulars, shall be submitted by the payer in written to the service provider.

The telephone number can be used for the query of the details of the offered service or for checking of the quality of the service on discretion.

There are no evidence of payer as well as there are no evidences of 10 interactions between the author and the services provider, made over the calls, in this public complaint.
