Cleartrip — coupon code not received

My trip id[protected] for visa booking o[censored]ae. On cleartrip the offer was mentioned that if you take uae visa then you will get coupon of cashback to utilise for flight booking. I have booked visa but coupon code not received. I have followed up 5 times. Everytime promise that you will get call back but no call back till date.

The concern people i talked is

The bpo people informed that we can not do anything. Secondly we can not provide full identity etc.

I have spent around aed 100 to call cleartrip.

This website provide fake promotion offers.
