Cleartrip — customer service mis-information issue | |||||
I booked a ticket from mumbai to chennai using cleartrip app. While booking the confirmation page before payment showed the flight correctly but after the booking was done the paid itinerary showed wrong ticket had been booked. I called cleartrip within 2 min of booking and reported the issue. Cleartrip customer care confirmed that the ticket is nullified and payment will be refunded on my card. However the money was not refunded on my card and in follow up calls clear trip denied i reported the issue, asked me to pay cancellation fee for a flight which was supposed to be nullified and didn't refund the money even when i disputed the charges on my credit card. Trip id:[protected] Booking done on 20th may 2018, sunday 9:32pm (Sms from cleartrip photo attached) Time of reporting the issue while booking through app: 20th may 2018 sunday 9:34pm (Call log attached) Cleartrip is required to produce the recorded conversation between me and the agent on 20th may regarding this ticket through their helpline [protected] and refund me the full ticket amount. I have been a loyal customer of cleartrip and this is just extremely irresponsible and poor service from cleartrip. Was this information helpful? | |||||
