This is a official complaint on the refund of cancel;led tickets
its been a month now that ive been following up on the refund for the cancelled flight i had booked with you.
Apparently, the feedback am getting from you is that fly dubai is not responding on your email.
I called fly dubai and i was told that they did not received any follow up from your side!!!
is this how you deal with your clients???!!!
your services is so horrible and your call center agents are not helpful at all!!!
they always promised to make a call back and till now nobody had done any single call to update on my refund status
today i spoke to ranja ghupta and its the same promises that she will call me but she never did!!!
i dont understand how these customer servie people are being trained!!!
your call center agent and tema leaders too are not so helpful!!!
either they will hang you on the phone for 2 long as seems to be not more that 2 minutes!!! or they hang up untill
the line will be closed.
So dissapointed how your customer services is so poor and unprofessional!!!
i hope this email reached to the top management as this is getting worst!!!
i will send a official email as well to the top management of cleatrip as this is getting no where!!!
