Cleartrip — Flexifly - Digit Insurance is a hoax and so is their Customer Care | |
I booked a flight from Trivandrum - Hyderabad for the 27th of December 2020 (Trip Id:[protected] under the Flexifly plan (paying extra than actual charges) with an option of allowing me to reschedule my flight once. Later, due to change of plans, I rescheduled the flight to the 2nd of January on the Cleartrip website and Cleartrip assured me that Digit Insurance would get in touch with me and refund the rescheduling charges which I paid to get the flight rescheduled. Apart from getting an email and message from Digit Insurance to feed in my bank details, it has never gone through, they keep saying that 'Our Team will get back to you' and they have never got back. Their customer care number says it doesn't exit. I raised a complaint with Cleartrip two times and they haven't even taken one single effort to call me back. When I called their customer care number, they are all apparently too busy to pick up a call even after waiting for 30 minutes on a call. Such a terrible terrible service and hoax !!!
