Cleartrip — flight cancellation due covid 19

I have booked the flight for 28th march booked on 18th march 2020 but lockdown started on 24 th march midnight after which all flights where automatically cancelled and received cancellation confirmation n 26th march after so many follow ups and and escalation still have not received the payment back. Need help
