Cleartrip — Flight ticket not booked after transaction

I made payment regarding booking of a flight ticket on 24/05/2022 using Paytm gift voucher at 10:43 for the amount of Rs. 5956.00.
My account was debited with the said amount but the booking is not confirmed by Cleartrip.

I checked with my bank(ICICI) as well as with Paytm through which I have done my transaction, they said that the beneficiary account has been successfully credited so there is nothing they can do from their end.

Kindly initiate a refund for the said amount as no booking took place, yet the amount has been credited to beneficiary.
