I have booked my flight on 16th july at midnight as i got a call from my family saying my grandfather is very critical and he want to see me for the last time, on 17th morning i saw the cleartrip application it says 12:55 is my flight, due to gurgaon trafic I reached at the airport at around 12:10 and i still have 40 mins in my hand as per the application, but indigo said I’m very late and they can’t help, nobody from the neither helped me with my baggage nor they provided any solution, but I couldn’t find any other way rather booked another flight by giving 3700 more and i came back home, I want either a reshdule this flight or give me half of the refund anyhow.
