Cleartrip — fraud transaction

I booked a air ticket with clear trip in month of aug 2019. The amount of rs 4149 was immediately deducted from my account and i recieved message providing a booking reference no.[protected] with pnr no. Tvn82g. On trying to retrieve booking using this information i came to know that there is no booking or ticket available. Now i am in fix since at last moment the tickets are very expensive and i have already paid rs 4149 to book ticket from bangalore to indore almost 4 months before my trip. Kindly help
