Cleartrip — FRAUDULENT behaviour on part of cleartrip

I had a hotel booking with cleartrip and they cancelled it even without checking with me. I had clearly asked them to change the date on the booking but they messed it up. They have really junior staff Vijaylakshmi who was not only rude but pathetic in providing customer services. Inspite of several chasers they unilaterally went ahead and cancelled the booking and now I want to take them to the courts for damages. Trip ID:[protected].
