Cleartrip — full refund not received yet

I have an issue with clear trip people trip id:[protected] refund reference number (Arn) i am jyotsna sornapudi who booked tickets for banglore to vizag for 22nd september 2019. On 30th july i got mail from airasia that flight has been cancelled so i called clear trip people and asked to initiate the full refund. Flight tickets cost was 5524 but i recieved only 614 rps back. Since one month i was calling clear trip and still i didnot get my money back. I got a mail air asia has processed 3400 amount on september 1st and till now i didnot get the total amount from clear trip 4910 rps. I am completely fed up please can i get help from you please

Sir i am shangjun ou，i booked the train ticket from Kalka to shimla and due to some unavoidable circumstance i was cancelled by the authority my ticket. but i have no received any refund from cleartrip. my trip id is[protected]. ticket no.[protected]. kindly please refund my amount rs.305.

I had to cancel my flight ticket done by Clearrtrip from Indigo Airlines.
After deduction, an amount of rupees 3122 was promised for refund.
Its been more than 2 months and yet I have not received my refund.
Customer care is not responding or helping in any way. PLEASE HELP

Last time I had an issue and it was solved within 2 days, just wanted to know if I am getting help this time.
