Cleartrip — have not received refund | |||
I have booked one ticket through cleartrip.com. but due to some problem i have to canclled that ticket.I called the customer care for cancellation of my ticket. they made the process and told me that within 5 to 7 working days my money will be refunded in my account.But after more than one week i didn't get my refund. Again i called the customer care for that, this time they are telling that it will take 40 to 45 days. How? Can I make any mistake by booking ticket through cleartrip.com. i have attached the ticket with this mail. Kindly make the necessary arrangements.
