Cleartrip — hotel booking no confirmation

I have booked 4 nights in gold star beach resort, havelock island, andamans, from 2nd to 6th january 2018. The money has been deducted for the hotel booking through cleartrip (Amount 19950) but no confirmation email is yet received from cleartrip or from the hotel. The customer care executives do not respond to calls. Please respond back and give us speedy assistance.
