Cleartrip — how can I talk if I don't have any trip id

I have been struggling you people because I could not save my trip ID and I got a flight booked (can be confirmed from the attached document) for which the amount had been deducted from my account and I have received no confirmation message or email. This is otherwise also very funny and shocking that in this modern world, where the communication plays the vital role, you people have no number for your customers to direct contact you without any trip ID.
