Dear sir, this is a second reminder for a complaint against clear trip. My amount is debited from my account but ticket has not been confirmed. Without knowing the ticket confirmation how will i know that my ticket has been confirmed. I want my money to be refunded otherwise i will file case against clear trip. May 29, 2018 Updated by Charuvasine Ganesh Dear sir, Initially I made a phone call to customer care on 15.05.18 they said they will file complaint to technical side and they will revert back but they have not contacted me and Already I had registered complaint against clear trip on 20.05.18 night 9:00pm through consumer complaints. My booking has not been confirmed by mail or msg and amount is debited from my account. I want my amount to be refunded otherwise I will file a complaint against clear trip. Amount refunded but ticket not confirmed. I didnot received any msg or mail confirmation from clear trip. I made a phone call on 15.05.18, but no response and i had made a complaint but no response. My travel date is 30.05.18 (Today). Passengers name : ganesh sundaramurthy, sundarmurthy ganesh, charuvasine ganesh, nandita ganesh. Still i don't know my pnr number. Kindly refund my amount. This is a final reminder to clear trip to refund my amount.
