Cleartrip — i booked a cruise for fine dining for 4000 when the cruise people told that cruise was not in service

We booked a cruise from cleartrip, paid 4000, and when we reached to the cruise the cruise people informed that the cruise was not in service and was closed for technical reasons and he also mentioned
I have called cleartrip on 5 phone numbers in total but everyone keeps transferring my call to other departments. This is the worst service literally. I am going to file an fir now if i don't get to connect with anyone in 24 hours now.
