Cleartrip — I haven't received my refund after cancellation

I've cancelled my returned flight from dubai to douala trip id[protected] and yet the money is not reflecting in my account, its more than a week now, no reply and no one is picking up my calls from cleartrip support desk, please can you kindly get to me @ [protected]@gmail.com or[protected], attached below is a screenshot of my confirmation details from cleartrip, please kindly do the necessary followup
