I was not able to use my wallet cash for making new booking
And it was not expire also,
When i contact the team the response was very slow.
I must have call around 20 time on 12 jan but no response
Finally spoke to one of there supervisor (Harshil) but he also didnt solve the problem'and today me we will solve the issue and u will get call back at 7 pm on 12 jan 19.
But still tilll today i have not receive any call from the team .
When i call him today the call center people first told me he is not available then told not in shift then told me he is on leave today .
