I want to bring to your notice, the incident happened with my cancellation, while booking there was a clear indication of cancellation charges, which almost should have been aed 253 per person, instead of that your company has unlawfully deducted aed 1400, as i have failed to get a proper response from any person in your company, i thought to highlight it to you
