Cleartrip — incorrect cancellation and refund details | |||
I had cancelled my entire multi city trip in July 18 online. The ticket I had booked is refundable, Trip ID is[protected]. On 24th July I called to check as to what is the progress on my refund, however they said my trip was only partially cancelled. I explain to the customer service that my portal showed that the entire trip hand been cancelled and refunded, but she insisted that only onward leg was cancelled and she wanted me to give her an approval to cancel the rest of the sectors. I went ahead and did that but I have proof that the info she has was incorrect. Also when I had asked what is the refund amount, she said we can only hope for a refund. while clearly emirates has a very low charge on cancellation. I would like to know what will be the complete refund and what is cleartrip going to cut out of the refund. Also clear trip should apologize for the bug in their system for passing incorrect info to me and also pay damages Was this information helpful? | |||
