Cleartrip — incorrect communication regarding credit shell | |||
I have booked ticket twice from hyderabad to varanasi. First time i booked, the airline cancelled the ticket and told that amount is protected in credit shell. Again second time when i was booking my ticket for 1st june i was not able to book my ticket by using credit shell as it showed no amount linked to the ticket. Hence i decided to deal with it later and booked another ticket for first june early morning ticket. Again they cancelled from the airline side. Now when i am trying to use both the pnr, i am not able to book the ticket using the pnr. Also their customer care assistance is trying to neglect complaints by not allowing to connect to customer care executives. @cleartrip are your trying to cheat the customers by not responding. Are we fools to book ticket everytime and store money in credit shell and not being allowed to use it. Was this information helpful? | |||
