It is such a bad experience with the cleartrip to cancel one booking id[protected]. I raised a request to cancel this booking on 23rd December as i was not able to cancel through app because of some error. It was told me to it would take 24-48 hours however i didn't get any update from them. Even customer executive kept my call on hold for 15mins and didn't respond.
Finally i had to use twitter platform and even after chasing rigoursly, finally my tickets got cancelled after 11 days. However incorrect refund has processed.
Airline cancellation charges are Rs 3000/- however they deducted Rs 10, 698 and instead of 8500/9000 refund i got only 1538. Attached are the screenshots of emails and tweets.
