Booked two tickets from delhi to bengaluru, but one pnr was generated for both the tickets. Called customer care multiple times to check if that would cause any issue but everytime they confirmed there are two bookings against trip id[protected].
On the day of travel i ended up booking a fresh ticket just 4 hours before the travel (Costed 5 times of previously booked ticket) on the affirmation of the senior executive that it is their fault and they would generate a refund for the fresh ticket as pnr is unique and two tickets cannot be issued for same pnr.
Now there is no call back, no refund and everytime i call, i end up waiting for hours to talk to some senior but none is available.
It is a clear case of forgery and harassment from clear trip with pathetic customer care service.
