Cleartrip — issue in site but penalty to customer for cancellation | |||
I have booked the hotel from clear trip and got the confirmation as below. Next day i got call from clear trip that your booking is not done as there is issue in server and hotel was already full for those days. Even other options were not available for alternate booking. I was told that i will get the full amount refund in 3 to 4 working days and 20% amount will be added in clear trip account for this inconvenience caused. To my surprise, i got the money back saying that i cancelled the booking and also i was paid 6, 021 only remaining is shown as cancellation (See attached receipt). This is clear case of cheating me. Please refund me the complete amount within a day. Expecting immediate action before i approach the consumer court with recorded audio of the call that i got from clear trip.
