Cleartrip — money debited but ticket not issued

When am trying to book ticket flight ticket from New Delhi to Chennai yesterday at 11:07 pm, I completed my payment details, entered otp pin but I received a transaction denied page and money has been debited from my account. Please help me to sort out this problem. I have attached the transaction denied page and snapshot of the account balance msg too.

I have made 2 booking in last 4 days and both times it failed, so pathetic web portal cleartrip have . moreover it then takes 4-5 days to refund the money . cleartrip doesnot understand that someone money is blocked .

The site is pathetic and would suggest others to use other portals to book tickets
