Cleartrip — money deducted but booking not done

My name is deepika mohanan. On 23rd july 2017 we tried booking after all procedures and payment we got a message saying some error but the money got deducted. It's almost 6 days and still now the money hasn't refunded yet. We contacted are respective banks too they also said the same. Please refund the money back my trip id's are [protected], [protected], [protected]
Almost 22000 has been deducted please refund.
