Cleartrip — money deducted but refund not done

My name is deepika mohanan. On 23rd july 2017 we booked tickets via cleartrip the money got deducted but the booking was not done. It also said that within 5-6 days the money will be refunded but the money hasn't we even contacted respective banks they too said the same. We tried contacting customer care but they also did not respond we get message that executive are busy. Please help us. Almost 22000 got deducted. The trip id's are [protected], [protected], [protected].
