Cleartrip — money deducted from hdfc bank account, ticket not issued | |
I bought Dubai Mumbai ticket for 29th May 2019, on 24th May 2019, via Cleartrip website I have sent mails with the bank details and the copy of the deducted transaction. There is no proper response. One cannot complain on their website or customer care, as without a trip Id, one cannot go forward with the process. Unfortunately, since the transaction failed, I don’t have trip id Was this information helpful? | |
