Cleartrip — money got deducted from my account but the flight ticket booking did not go through on cleartrip.com | |||||
I tried to book round trip tickets today for delhi-kolkata-delhi on cleartrip.com on my laptop and i was taken to the payment gateway and after putting in all required card details, the payment processing started and i got an sms from my banks saying the amount has been deducted but then the cleartrip page showed an error message saying the booking has failed. This is extremely distressing as i have to urgently book tickets and upon calling their customer care repeatedly, i am told i will have to wait for 4 hours and that they are not able to find any booking made by me [going by my phone number and email that i used online]. This is even more worrying as the amount is not a small one but cleartrip support is not offering a timely resolution and asking me to wait. This is customer service of very poor quality and the site is riddled with glitches. I'd request cleartrip to resolve this issue asap and either issue a complete refund to my account or send me the final flight tickets as selected by me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
