I had book my family ticket (Date : 16/12/2019) by clear trip for 4 passenger, after my booking couldn't complete and i got massage "oops, your booking didn't go through" and they said within 4 we will contact you but no one contact me until now, i didn't receive any email or message, also money detected from my credit card, how i get the refund?
