Cleartrip — no confirmation mail

I booked a hotel room through cleartrip and during the transaction it showed an error but the money was deducted, and no confirmation mail, hence no trip id, i can't even call up cleartrip, please i need the money back, i live in a hostel, i really need the money back, or atleast a confirmation
I have the mail that shows the money being deducted and the recipient being clear trip, it is a sum of 1687 rupees, i'm in urge of the money and i please request you to handle the procedures fast, please this is for my girlfriend's birthday and it is very important, i really don't know what to do, please tend to my needs fast
