Cleartrip — no intimation of booking leading to booking twice for same customer | |||||
I had booked a ticket for my wife aditi gangoly on 01 may 2018 for mumbai bangalore return. However got no intimation on mobile or mail nor did it show any debit to my credit card Hence i booked once again on 02 may 2018 for the same journey for same passenger Due to lack of intimation from cleartrip, i landed up making 2 bookings Now unnecessarily i have to incur cancellation charges Trip id for 01 may :[protected] Trip id for 02 may :[protected] This is fault of cleartrip system Was this information helpful? | |||||

Im from phil but i work here in saudi arabia i booked yesterday 05-05-18 flight zambo to manila but y until now there is no etickt send to my email where in fact they deducted money from my credit card? pls do some action regarding this matter but if you cant anything about it just send me back mg money. your company is disgusting
