Cleartrip — no reasonable cancellation of air-ticket and no refund. | |||
I booked a ticket dubai - bangkok - dubai on 10.09.2017. Clear trip has canceled it on next day and did not provide any reasonable explanations. The message said: eligible refund will be credited to your account in 3-4 working days. It has been 12 days since and no refund has been received whatsoever. I've tried to contact the cleartrip's customer service several times by sending a feedback and calling a customer care line. There were no respond, it looks like they just ignore a customer concern.
