Cleartrip — No refund got

On june 6th 2017, i tried to book ticket through clear trip online ticket from Bombay to Cochin. My money amount for rupees12, 332 was deducted from my account at 22:24:11 that trip ID is [protected].But the ticket was not booked again on the same day at 22:29:39 hour same amount 12, 332 amount deducted from my account and the ticket was booked on ID [protected]. Next day i informed clear trip customer care number that the money was deducted 22:24:11 but the ticket was not booked. I on the reply saying that within 5 working days the money will be returned to your account .After six days again i contacted the customer care i got the same reply and they asked me to send the bank statement that also i did but till now the money is not refunded.Whenever i call i get the answer please wait for 24 to 48 hours. I would like to know how many more 24 to 48 hours i should wait to get back my money. Lastly i talked with sonali who is a clear trip staff. I would like to know why this delay happens when there is a policy that when the ticket is not booked and the money is deducted the money should be returned to the customer within 7 days.
