Cleartrip — no update on refund status

Team,

I have booked flights tickets on clear trip web page with the booking id's

But both are not confirmed and my amount got deducted.

I'm trying to reach out customer support but no use and pathetic.

Please kindly help me out with this in getting my refund.

I am cheated. I havent cancelled the tickets but clear trip is blaming me n dont provide any proof that tickets were cancelled by me. It has been more then a month now still no resolution.
Very unsatisfied with the services. Kindly provide me full refund.
