Cleartrip — non-receipt of cancelled ticket amount | |
I have booked a ticket(refudable) on July 9, 2017 through cleartrip vide Trip ID : [protected] for 3 persons. I cancelled the ticket partially(2 persons) on 5 Sep'17 through cleartrip which showed that refund amount will be credited within 5-7 days. However no refund was provided by saying it as a " “Friends and Family Special”. Pse check& clarify. Was this information helpful? | |
