Booked a Hotel Basundhara at Shantiniketan for 25th December '19. Cancelled the booking on 18th December. Customer Care representative assured me for full refund. on 31st December I checked my account, no refund showed. Again called CC, CC representative assured me for refund with in 24 hrs.
on 2nd January 2020 I have again called CC as no refund executed. One of CC representative asked me to wait another 10-15 days. I asked for grievance readdressal email id. She kept me on hold at least Half an hour and never returned to the call. It was so unprofessional behavior of Customer care representative given me a shock. I Ultimately cut the call. Requested to train CC representative properly and speedy realization of my refund.
