Cleartrip — not refunding money after cancellation in couple of minutes

Dear sir, i have booked 3 tickets for 17 dec doha to mumbai and cancelled in couple of minutes.

The date was selected wrongly hence i cancelled within a couple of minutes.

And i got a email of refunded amount. The value is zero
