Cleartrip — Not refunding the full amount after cancelation

I cancelled my tickets due to corona and the Airlines refunded the tickets.
But ClearTrip only refunded one way ticket.

I have raised this complaint through their website and email from 10th of June with almost over 30 emails.

Clertrip has been continuously diverting from the topic and saying my refund has been processed and not pending But Still i got only one way refund money. I got confirmation from the Airlines that they have refunded 100% amount to the merchant (Cleartrip)

I request some guidelines on how to get my refund back.
